Will’s early career was based in Kentucky focused on breeding and racing thoroughbred horses. Will moved back to Richmond in 2011 and started working in the real estate business as a commercial agent and Director of Investor Relations for Markel | Eagle Partners. Two years later Will co- founded an award winning custom home building company that has delivered dozens of custom homes to clients in the past three years. In 2016 Will founded a roofing company to supply labor to roofing companies including NCI, Inc. After joint venturing with NCI on several roofing projects, Will and NCI owner David Cheon realized they would be more successful as business partners. Will manages the solar energy division, general business development, and corporate strategy. Will was recently elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Renewable Energy Alliance. In addition, Will is a principle and co-founder of the real estate development firm Flatwater Companies.
Outside of business Will is involved in several non-profit organizations and was the founder and first President of the Massey Alliance.
