Solar Sales Specialist

We are looking for a passionate Residential Solar Sales Specialist to join our growing solar installation company. As a Solar Sales Specialist, you will have the first contact with our customers, providing them with information about our products and the benefits of going solar. Your duties will include analyzing the needs of the customer, preparing quotes (including financing alternatives), demonstrating our products, and providing after-sales support. You may also be required to visit customer sites and consult on larger installations.

To ensure success as a Residential Solar Sales Specialist, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for solar energy, and a solid background in sales. Ultimately, a top-class Solar Sales Specialist builds a rapport with customers and provides them with tailor-made solar solutions.

*Total Earnings Potential: $100K+ in the first year

Residential Solar Sales Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Meeting with customers at events or customer locations.
  • Providing customers with information about our company, equipment and solar systems.
  • Demonstrating company solar products in a working environment.
  • Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs.
  • Selecting solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer’s needs.
  • Preparing or reviewing designs for the customer’s solar installation.
  • Providing customers with quotes, financing alternatives, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information.
  • Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits.
  • Completing sales order paperwork.
  • Generating potential leads for new accounts.

Residential Solar Sales Specialist Requirements:

  • Prefer previous work experience as a Solar Salesperson.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work irregular hours (evenings and weekends when needed).
  • Basic knowledge of computer software programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Clear Background check.
  • Clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Salary $40,000- $60,000 + Commission

Construction Superintendent

NCI is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our Multifamily division. NCI specializes in commercial and residential roofing and siding as well as the installation of solar power systems. Position is full time, located in the Richmond area and will oversee all onsite subcontractors and activity. Reports directly to Project Manager.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations to ensure project stays on schedule
  • Report progress to senior management
  • Responsible for examining performance requirements, delivery schedules, and estimates of material, equipment, and production to ensure completeness
  • Must have strong communication skills and be detail oriented
  • Understand engineering plans, office checklists and work autonomously on a job’s Field File

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ Commercial or Residential Construction Experience – Required.
  • OSHA-10 – Required
  • Experience supervising subcontractors
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills, Microsoft Project
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
  • Have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • Ability to work in the elements (hot sun, light rain)
  • Ability to lift at least 50 – 75 pounds; comfortable climbing ladders and working unusual heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Salary $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
