The Marcella II Apartments at Town Center includes new luxury apartments and town-homes located in Hampton, Virginia. The NCI scope of work included the installation and furnishing of asphalt shingle roofing, Firestone TPO membrane roofing, and James Hardie fiber cement siding for a total of five apartment buildings, two town-homes, clubhouse and other amenities.
